Born in Belhaven, North Carolina, Dr. Grier is a graduate of Clemson University and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed his pediatric training at Palmetto Health Richland/University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Columbia, South Carolina. Dr. Grier, enjoys spending time with his family, sports and anything Clemson.
